For maternity photography, the ideal time to book is between 28 and 34 weeks of pregnancy.
At this stage, your bump is beautifully defined, but you’re still comfortable enough to move, pose, and enjoy your session.
I recommend booking early from 12 weeks to secure your preferred date and allow time for planning outfits, styling, and any props you’d like to include. Many mums book their sessions a few months in advance to make sure everything is perfect.
